If you have problems using this site especially the online shop please refer to the text below as it may be of help.

What is a cookie?

Like most online shopping sites this site uses cookies. A cookie is a small bit of text we're asking permission to store on your computer's hard drive. If you agree, your browser adds the text in a small file. This merely allows us to track the products that you add to the shopping cart. It doesn't tell us who you are, or your email address or anything else personal. If you want to give us that information later, that's your choice.

Why do we use cookies?

Cookies help us track a visitor's use of our site, such as what products you've added to the cart.

Are cookies safe?

Cookies are harmless, occupying just a few bytes on your hard drive. Cookies can be read only by the sites that created them. We DO NOT share cookies with any other sites. They only contain information you already have given to the site. They can NOT search your system for any information, nor can they contain viruses.

What happens if I don't accept the cookie?

We won't be able to track what products you want to buy. You can call us to place your order or change the privacy settings in your browser. If your browser is not set to accept cookies, you may see a window every time a cookie attempts to be set, asking you to accept or decline. If you find this message to be annoying, change your browser default settings to accept cookies.

How do I set my browser to accept cookies:

In Internet Explorer - Choose the "Tools" menu from the top of your browser window and select "Internet Options" from the pull-down menu. Next, select the "privacy" tab from the top of this window. Move the slider to a lower level and click “OK” or click the "edit" or “sites” button to allow cookies just for this site. Refresh the browser.

I can't sign in using AOL 9.0?!

In order to successfully sign into your site, AOL 9.0 users usually need to manually set something called a "Cookie". Otherwise even if you have the right password, the signin page just refreshes and won't let you in!

To turn your cookies on, follow these instructions:

  1. Click on the AOL "Settings" icon near the top of your AOL window.
  2. In the "Essentials" section, click on "Internet [Web] Options"
  3. Click on the "Privacy" tab.
  4. Click on the "Advanced" button
  5. Ensure that "Override automatic cookie handling" is checked.
  6. First and Third party cookies should be set to "Accept"
  7. Check "Always allow session cookies"
  8. Click on "OK"
  9. Click "Apply" and then "OK"
  10. Exit AOL and restart your computer (This step is important. Do not skip.)
